7/1/08 - 6/30/09

Applications for the 2010 Written Examination

Drop CapApplication materials, must be completed and returned at the conclusion of training according to the schedule below:

July 15, 2009  

Deadline for receipt of application materials and $400 application fee


July 16-
August 15, 2009


Late applications accepted (fee for a late application is $600).


August 15, 2009


No application will be accepted postmarked after this date.


Sept. 30, 2009


Credentials Committee reviews applications and applicants notified of acceptance for examination.


Jan. 15, 2010


Deadline for receipt of $700 Written Examination fee. Instructions on Written Examination procedure sent to candidates.


March 19, 2010

Written Examination

April, 2010


Notification of Written Examination results. Information on Oral Examination sent to successful candidates.


July 15, 2010


Deadline for receipt of $800 Oral Examination fee. Instructions on Oral Examination procedure sent to candidates.


September 25, 2010

Oral Examination.

October 2010
   


Notification of Oral Examination results.
