Click on at the top right corner of ABCRS website main page.

Enter your username and password. Click on MOC.

Go to Column / Year that Part II is due (yellow signifies action needed/green signifies requirement is complete)

Date: If you have completed more than one self-assessment, enter the date of the most recent self-assessment completed.

Name of Program: Document the description of the self-assessment you have completed to obtain 50 CMEs. If you have completed more than one self-assessment totaling 50 CMEs, document Self- Assessment -Various to describe the type completed.

Click on Submit

- Click on at the top right corner of ABCRS website main page.

Enter your username and password. Click on MOC.

Go to the column that Part II is due (yellow signifies action needed/green signifies requirement is complete)

CME Attestation: Click on Enter

Type the amount (number only) of CMEs you have completed

Click on Submit
